Via Rail

Have requested discount from Via Rail for travel from Montreal and Ottawa to Toronto.  Awaiting the discount code which I’m told is typically 10% discount.  In addition, you can use their AD75 program but these can only be booked 21 days prior to the trip.  All information and how to use and book an AD75 can be found here:

TRANSFERS FROM THE AIRPORT & WITHIN THE GTA

Free transfers for those flying into Toronto Pearson Airport will be provided on the UpExpress to Union Station. 

The Union Pearson Express (UP Express) is a dedicated air rail link service that connects Toronto Pearson International Airport to Union Station in the heart of downtown in just 25 minutes. UP Express trains depart every 15 minutes, between 05:30 and 01:00.   Once you reach Union Station, you are just an 8 minute walk to the Westin Harbour Castle Hotel

In addition, any attendees that live locally, you can access free transportation to and from Union Station from any GoTrain station.

A PDF of the ticket to board the UpExpress or GoTrain will be provided to all attendees who require them.

 

PARKING AT THE HOTEL

The Westin Harbour Castle has limited parking onsite and it is on a first-come, first-served basis.  Additional off-site local parking locations are attached.

 

 

OPTIONAL TOUR ON SUNDAY AFTERNOON

Minimum 8 people required for the tour to operate.  Tour will depart at noon by the Hockey Hall of Fame (about 10 minute walk from the Westin) and end in the Distillery district. Tour lasts 3-4 hours.    Reduced cost for Uniglobe participants is $30 per person.  Here is a description of the tour. If interested check the box on the registration form.
