Trade Show Set up

Location: Metropolitan Centre/West

Set up time: 9:00 am to noon.

Exhibition Time: 1:30 pm to 3:15 pm

Date: Saturday, October 26, 2024

Tradeshow will take place in the Metropolitan ballrooms. A sign with your company name will be on the table tops. Please find your spot and set up.

A six-foot skirted table will be provided to each exhibitor. The ballrooms are large enough that it will be able to accommodate tabletop or standard-sized stand-up banners. 

Please note that cold beverages, coffee, and tea will be provided in the Metropolitan ballrooms during the tradeshow.

 

Power Outlets

Power Outlets are included with the registration fee but they must be ordered in advance.

If you did not indicate on the registration form that you will require access to a power outlet, please contact Sonia (smckeon@uniglobe.ca) to modify your registration.

 

Internet

There will be complimentary wireless internet service in the ballrooms, please note this service may be slow if there is a high volume of use.

 

Tear Down Time

Tear down must be completed no later than 5:00 pm on Saturday, October 26, 2024.

3.       Parcels can be picked up during business hours 8:30 am. to 4:30 pm weekdays. 
4.       Please note there are dock size limitation. Please connect with us prior to shipping items larger then 2 x 3 ft. All deliveries to docks must be pre-booked.

Meals

There is no assigned seating for breakfast or lunch.

If you are attending our Saturday Gala dinner, cocktails will begin at 7:00 pm in the foyer of the Metropolitan ballrooms. Your seat will be assigned and will be posted at the ballroom entrance.
