Trade Show Set up

Location: Manoir Saint Sauveur

Set up time: 9:00 am to noon.

Exhibition Time: 1:30 pm to 3:15 pm

Date: Saturday, October 25, 2024

Tradeshow will take place in the Manoir Saint Sauveur ballrooms. A sign with your company name will be on the table tops. Please find your spot and set up.

A six-foot skirted table will be provided to each exhibitor. The ballrooms are large enough that it will be able to accommodate tabletop or standard-sized stand-up banners. 

Please note that cold beverages, coffee, and tea will be provided in the Metropolitan ballrooms during the tradeshow.

Internet

There will be complimentary wireless internet service in the ballrooms, please note this service may be slow if there is a high volume of use.

Tear Down Time

Tear down must be completed no later than 5:00 pm on Saturday, October 25, 2024.
